The Modern Kriya Activation
Objectives
Learn to consciously control the natural flow of Kundalini energy through your system.
Experience your personal power and integrate archive knowledge into your chakras.
Reconnect with and explore the ancient wisdom and skills stored within your archives.
Important Guidelines
Create a Safe Space: Ensure a calm, controlled environment to avoid sudden interruptions that could project energy into unintended areas of your energy field.
Establish Stability: Always build your pineal cross of stability and balance first. Feel confident and secure in your energy channel before starting Kundalini work.
Pace Yourself: Go slow, stay present, and maintain focus. Know exactly where the energy is flowing at all times.
Avoid Over Stimulation: Give yourself time to integrate and process shifts. Each kriya (drawing light up and fountaining it out the crown) is powerful. Start with 3–5 per day, increasing slowly, up to a maximum of 12 per day to prevent system overload.
Track Your Kriyas: Count by moving your thumb along the knuckles of your fingers, advancing one knuckle per fountain (1 finger = 3 knuckles = 3 kriyas).

Getting Started
Prime and Set- Start with this foundational step.
Awaken the Pineal - Build your energy cross in the pineal gland. Meditate within the pineal until you feel stable and connected.
Run Modern Kriyas
Using your breath, drop your consciousness down to the base of your spine. Take another breath deeper into a quieter, calmer inner space, your Kundalini.
Imagine a flame or ball of light beneath the spine. Look upward and visualize your light channel flowing up through your head.
Wrap your consciousness around the flame/light and spin it counterclockwise (to your left).
Inhale using a back-of-the-throat breath (sucking air toward the back of the throat) to draw the light up the spine and through the top of the head. Stay focused directly within the spine.
Allow the light to fountain out through your crown chakra, cascading down around you like fireworks.
*Steps 1-5 is one full modern kriya
Observe the light briefly, then repeat this process 3–12 times total.
Breathe back down the spine into the Kundalini and meditate there, just as in the pineal. As you gain familiarity, explore all that this space contains.
Grounding back in
Tie your consciousness into your Kundalini.
Breathe up the spine into the pineal and breathe the equilibrium bar out to the width of your ears.
Contract the pineal back to its natural size on an exhale and anchor your consciousness within it.
Breathe forward into the pituitary gland and tie your consciousness in.
Return awareness to your physical body; wiggle your fingers and toes, call your name, and welcome yourself back into time and space.
