  • Integration & Processing: There is a 4 – 6 week integration period between each level. This intentional pause allows your system to process, ground, and fully integrate the higher frequencies before advancing to the next stage of mastery.

  • Honoring Your Pace: While we move as a group, we honor your individual sovereignty. If you feel called to take more time for integration, you may pause between levels and join a future cohort that aligns with your timeline.
